Well, the white, winter snow has fallen yet again on this fair city and has taken up residence, for the time being at least. When ‘Eh’ (my dog) went outside yesterday after it dropped about an inch a minute, she looked up at me as if to say, what on earth did you do? (Being a Florida dog she had no idea what this stuff was or how it had just spontaneously occurred.) As it is useless to try and explain to a mute canine the concept of snow, I just shook my head and smiled as she attempted to acclimate to the vast difference from just a few hours ago. She seemed as if she really liked it after getting used to the crunchy, cold feeling under her feet. Dashing about and diving nose first into the newly fallen precipitation, pausing, then sprinting away as if the flakes themselves were chasing her. I am just excited that it actually snowed rather than being cold for no reason at all.
